I. Recruitment Notice
I. Job Openings: Management Trainee
II. Education and Major: Recent graduates with a full-time college diploma or higher, majoring in mechanical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, robotics engineering, or related fields.
III. Application Requirements:
a. Proficient in using Office productivity software;
b. Hold a CET-4 certificate in English; proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
c. Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems;
d. Strong communication and expression skills, as well as excellent organizational and coordination abilities;
e. A strong spirit of teamwork and alignment with our company’s corporate culture;
f. A positive and upbeat mindset, and a high degree of self-discipline;

IV. Training Focus: Pre-sales technical support, after-sales technical services, PE engineer, sales engineer
a. Pre-sales technical support: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide professional product introductions and customized solutions.
b. After-sales technical services: Responsible for providing technical support after product delivery, serving customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
c. PE Engineer: Optimize production, enhance productivity, and ensure product quality.
d. Sales Engineer: Combine technical expertise with market insights to expand customer resources and achieve sales targets.
V. Development Plan: The company has established a leadership development team, with department heads serving as mentors. Each trainee receives one-on-one coaching, along with a systematic training program and a clear career development path, helping management trainees grow rapidly.
VI. Benefits and Compensation:
1) Salary: To be discussed
2) Working hours: 5.5-day workweek, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

II. Recruitment Process Guide
I. Resume Submission: Candidates should submit their resumes via the company’s official website, recruitment platforms, or directly to the email address hooyawang@hooya.hk. The resume should include key information such as personal details, educational background, personal highlights, work experience, project experience, skills and certifications, as well as hobbies and interests.
II. Resume Screening: The Human Resources Department will conduct a preliminary screening of the received resumes based on job requirements, with a particular focus on the alignment between candidates’ educational background and work experience and the job requirements, as well as the prominence of their individual strengths.
III. Interview Arrangements: Candidates who pass the resume screening will receive an interview invitation. The interview is designed to gain a deeper understanding of the candidate’s professional skills, communication abilities, teamwork spirit, and career aspirations.

Applications and Precautions for Rotary Switches
A rotary switch is a electromechanical component that changes the state of circuit connections by rotating a handle or knob. Its core internal structure consists of a rotating shaft (rotor) and multiple stationary contacts (stators).
